A motorcycle gunman opened fire Monday in front of a Jewish school in the southwest French city of Toulouse, killing a father, his two sons and one other child, the prosecutor’s office said.

I express my condolences to the victims of this terrible attack. I hope that the French authorities are able to identify and apprehend the perpetrators and punish them severely.

If it turns out that the assailants were Muslim or paid by some majority Muslim nation’s intelligence agency, then this is exactly the kind of thing which does not advance the independence of Palestinians, Afghanis or Iranians.

Jews in France walking their children to school are not responsible for Israeli policies, U.S. policies or even French policies. This is Morality 101, and no end justifies this immoral means.

Secondarily, these kinds of attacks bolster the Zionists’ claim that no place in the world is safe for Jews except Israel, and the needs of worldwide Jews for safety outweighs the human rights of the native inhabitants of Palestine.

Personally, I think violence is passe as a method of national liberation. So while the title of the post includes the qualification “outside of Israel,” I believe it’s just as immoral to attack Jewish families walking to school in Israel. In this particular post, I wanted to emphasize the political stupidity of assaults such as the one in Toulouse.
